Putting together a design concept is almost like creating a movie set. It is all about finding the perfect background for your life.
That’s why it’s important that we learn to know you and the way you use your space. We begin the process by measuring and documenting your space and talking about your needs and wishes.
At the end we will have a design concept, which shows the design style and selected furniture, textiles and accessories, as well as the budget for your project.

CONCEPT DESIGN PROCESS STEP BY STEP
- Discovery call or meeting (free of charge)
- Preparation service and fee proposal for the client
- Signing of design contract and first payment of design fee (70% of total fee)
- Design meeting at client’s space
- Preparation of the concept design and documents
- Design presentation and feedback meeting
- Possible changes to the design documents
- Concept design handover and payment of the second part of the design fee (30% of total)
DOCUMENTS AND DELIVERABLES
- Furniture layouts and evelations in 2D and 3D
- Inspiration moodboard to specify the design style
- Product moodboard which shows the furniture, lighting, textile and material choises.
- Preliminary budget for the project
- Possible visits to showrooms
- 2 meeting with clients to discuss the design.
- 1 round of changes to the design.
- A shopping list with shoppable links for clients who do not wish to continue to design implementation
